Slapping a defendant with excessive bail is tantamount to a presumption of guilty until proven innocent.

The 46-year-old rapper, Michael Lawrence Tyler, AKA Mystikal surrendered to authorities in Louisiana and was taken to the Caddo Correctional Center in northwest Louisiana.

The fact that Mystikal turned himself in and his face is well known to many; should allow the court to free him on a reasonable bond amount and an ankle bracelet monitor.

Unless the allegation(s) prove true in a court of law, the presumption of innocent until proven guilty must always rule.

If at the end of his trial, he’s found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt — then cut his d**k off and set him free. Ms. Lorena Bobbitt will be more than happy to assist the court.

That will teach him a lesson not to rape women.
