Island Nation Population Used As Guinea Pigs.

Taking a page from the U.S Public Health Service, German-American Republican billionaire Peter Thiel has decided to pump millions of dollars into a herpes vaccine program in the Caribbean to skirt United States safety laws.

The herpes vaccine trial in the Caribbean put unwitting participants at risk. Science has established that to find out if a vaccine is an effective cure for a disease — a body has to be injected and infected with the disease.

For 40 years (from 1932 to 1972) the U.S. Public Health Service experimented on the African-American population, by infecting blacks with syphilis and allowing the victims to go untreated and consequently transmit and spread syphilis among each other.

HuffPost reported that Thiel invested $7 million in the biotech company Rational Vaccines, which ran experimental herpes vaccine testing from April to August 2016. The testing wasn’t monitored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, nor was it approved by an institutional review board, both of which ensure that human subjects’ rights and well-being are protected, and can reject research that doesn’t meet safety standards.
