Tractor-Trailer Driver Used His Vehicle As A Weapon To Maim A Woman In A Fleeing Car

Miami Police and other agencies involved in a car chase of a suspected jewelry thief got some help from a tractor-trailer driver, that crashed his big rig into the fleeing car.

The Trailer driver had no knowledge of why police was in pursuit of the vehicle — whether it was for a felony crime or a broken tail light… but he opted to use his truck as a deadly weapon.

A woman passenger inside the fleeing car, who had nothing to do with the jewelry heist, was severely injured.

It is yet to be determined what exactly the Chase Policy is in the City of Opa-Locka. Is the life of a mother valued less than some jewelry?

Three years ago, a Opa-Locka police officer chased a fleeing on Interstate 95, going in the opposite flow of traffic. As a  result a crash occurred and three unsuspecting occupants of a car traveling in the right were killed.

It has been less than three weeks that a school teacher (Christine Weiner) was killed, after a car fleeing from police slammed into it — at an intersection,  in Coral Springs. The 17-year-old driver of the stolen car was taken into custody.

Suspected Car Thief Drowned:

Miami-Dade police pulled a body of a man from a canal that separates Dade County from Broward County. The body is believed to be that of a man that attempted to burglarized a car, but fled when police arrived.
