Barely old enough to legally drive — three teens, one 15-years old and two others 14-years old have been arrested in connection with a carjacking of an SUV in southeastern Fort Lauderdale.

Timmy German and Verlin Porter both 14 and Alexander Burris 15 face a slew of charges, including fleeing and eluding.

The teens appeared in Juvenile Bond Court with their lawyers and parents. One parent stated that his son is a good boy that got mixed up with the wrong crowd.

Sounds like somebody chose to spare the rod, subsequently, the child has been spoiled and now will be raised by the system.

All three boys have been ordered to be held for 21 days in juvenile detention, pending further evaluations and hearings.

The SUV was chased by police (on Wednesday, January 18th,) the teens bailed from the vehicle but were caught by police.

In one episode, the violent robbers followed a 71-year-old woman home from the shopping center — into her gated community then robbed her.

They used an old 1990s ruse (used by criminals on tourists in Miami), of bumping the victim’s vehicle and when they stop to investigate, the robbers beat and rob them.

Erica Abraham 18-years-old has been arrested and charged with carjacking, robbery, and battery on a person over the age of 65.

Abraham’s bond has been set at $250,000. Her 16-year-old accomplice is yet to be identified by PD.
