More than 72 hours have passed since Orlando police officer Debra Clayton attempted to apprehend Markeith Loyd in a Wal-Mart parking lot — accused of murdering his pregnant ex-girlfriend — Sade Dixon.
Police have searched over 100 places, arrested three people and charged them with accessory to murder after the fact
On Monday, Officer Clayton, acting on a tip that Loyd (wanted for murder) was in the Wal-mart parking lot. She exited the store and approached Loyd, a gun battle ensued… both were shot, however, a bulletproof vest worn by Loyd protected from the bullet that struck him in the chest-area.
Loyd then callously walked over to Clayton, as she lay on the ground and shot her again — as reported by OPD.
One of Markeith’s Facebook page shows him speaking of his aspirations to be on America’s Most Wanted.

Arrested in the sweeping round-up are: Jameis Slaughter… charged with accessory to Murder After The Fact, for giving Loyd money after he had fatally shot his pregnant ex-girlfried December 13, 2016..
Loyd’s niece, Lakesha Smith-Loyd, as well as Loyd’s former employer: Mayan Zarghee. PD claim that Zagrhee saw Loyd two days before Clayton was killed, but failed to notify police.
All three have been arrested on suspicion that they may know where Loyd is hiding.
