A mystery shooter killed one person in an SUV (on I-95 Highway) and left another person injured from a bullet wound.
Witnesses say the shooter was a passenger in a small gray SUV traveling on the Expressway about 11:30 a.m.
In addition to the person that was killed, FHP responded to another call for a vehicle hit by bullets, just north of Lantana Road. The Driver of that vehicle was not injured.
Boynton Beach police transported a male driver, suffering from gunshot wounds, of a white SUV to an area hospital where he later died. An investigation later showed that there was a connection between the deceased victim and another woman whose car had been hit by a small gray SUV on the highway.
When the woman tried to follow the SUV, someone in the passenger seat opened fire on her.
