Cracked Pot Beast-Hearted Man Resigns Sheriff Post.
A cold-hearted savage of the worst kind — Sheriff David Clarke — forced to step down, because of federal lawsuits and other possible upcoming investigations into killings that have taken place in his jail on his watch as Sheriff of Milwaukee.
One of the deaths includes the torturous death of a man who died of thirst in his jail one week after his officers cut off water to his cell.
Clarke is known for allowing cruel and unusual punishments to take place by sadistic civil servants that he supervised.
In July of 2016, Clarke allowed deputies to shackle a woman prisoner while she gives birth on her cell floor, resulting in the death of the newborn baby.
The woman hating savage is being investigated for other abuses of women in his jail such as forcing a woman to wear Leg-iron and belly chain after giving birth to a baby in a hospital.
The wolf in sheep clothing likes to prance around in his county issued uniform, badge, and gun while talking tough on Fox News to appease and ingratiates himself to its audience of rancid bigots.
Clarke is not a known relative of recently pardoned former Sheriff (of Arizona) Joe Arpaio but he is just as brutal, and he appeals to the lowest denominator of the American psyche — ardent supporters of Fox News.
