Today, October 09, 2018 Judge Brett Kavanaugh takes his place on the United States Supreme Court as the 114th person in the United States to hold the title of Supreme Court Justice.
Kavanaugh was elevated to the bench despite the fact that during his confirmation process several women came forward to accuse him of sexual impropriety, which started back when he was in high school.
The Senate voted 51 to 48 to confirm along party lines except for Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV).
The main “reasons” Brett Kavanaugh could not be denied a place on the SCOTUS and had to be elevated to the high court.
(1) The American white male patriarchy was under attack and had to be defended by any means necessary.
Whenever the white patriarchal system (body) seriously is challenged a Rebel Yell is made, and all programmed cells rise to its defense to defeat the perceived virus.
The optics of Sen. Jeffery snow Flake being attacked by a Latin woman in an elevator at the Capitol Building was a clear picture of the white patriarchy under attack.
During the elevator attack, Flaky Flake stood there looking like a crumbled wuss while his two little female aides tried to rescue him.
The attack possibly was staged because if not; his wife should leave him — no self-respecting woman should lay down with a man like that.
(2)The Senate Republicans (not unlike the Democrats) had already made up their minds on how they were going to vote — regardless of any allegations that were made.
(3) The Democrats were outmaneuvered and out-strategized by the Republicans.
President Trump and other Repub talking heads fooled the Dems by doing the Muhammad Ali rope-a-dope.
After Christine B Ford’s testimony, they made a concerted effort to praise her. “She is a beautiful and believable witness,” they said. Seriously. The Dems bought that.
Then from out of left field, they attacked Ford. The Sun Tzu battle strategy. Attack the weak and avoid the strong. Indelible in her hippocampus was the Trump playbook strategy she should have seen coming.
(4) The Republican base and their leaders are always pumped up with backlash and fervor. It is the same zeal that propels Donald Trump to the presidency after eight years of Barack Obama presidency.
These fervor Repub, for the most part, are Southerners or Northerners with a “The South will rise again” mentality.
They vigorously fight because they believe the only way for them to stay on top is for them to hold someone else down.
(4) America loves to stand with an underdog who has spunk and vigor. And say what you want about the drunkard Judge Brett Kavanaugh, he took a calculated risk when he displayed belligerence at his rebuttal interview before the Senate.
*Fact is most rapes take place on college campuses across America.
*Republican women more submissive to their husbands than “Democratic” women? Just for the cause.
Do men still tell their women how to vote? Do whites always instruct black people how to think and vote — for the most part — yes they do.
Like Blasey Ford would say: These traits are permanent in the hippocampus or buried in the subconscious of the American psyche.
*Gangbanging politicians in the halls of Congress, news reporters and television talking heads face off.
*How could Fox News reporters read the same reports and come away with different stimuli than that of MSNBC and CNN reporters?
*What is Yale University producing aside from drunks? The Bloods and the Crips?
Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump’s real live Pocahontas have left the building? United States Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley has resigned. Well sort of. Trump talked her into staying on until the end of the year.
