Sheriff Tony moved swiftly on brutal officers.
The arrest of three Broward Sheriff Office deputies came after a 10-week investigation into illegal detention of a teen, Delucca Rolle. Cellphone video captured the deputies banging — on concrete — the head of Delucca Rolle, a troubled 15-year-old. An investigation; by Broward State Attorney’s Office and Internal Affairs into the event which took place on April 18, has led to the arrest and suspension of the three Broward Sheriff Deputies who were involved: Sgt Gregory LaCerra 51, Deputy Christopher Krickovich, 29 and his partner in crime Deputy Ralph Mackey, 49. Prosecutors charged Mackey with one count of falsifying records and one count of conspiracy to falsify documents. If convicted of the charges, Mackey could spend up to 60 days in jail.
Deputy Krickovich was the officer seen on camera slamming Delucca’s head into the concrete and punching him in his head. He’s also charged with two counts of falsifying records and one count of conspiracy to falsify records. There’s an old cliche that says: Sometimes, it’s not the crime that gets you in a ton of trouble, but the attempt to cover up the crime.
Sgt. Gregory La Cerra is charged with two counts of battery on suspicion for pepper spraying the 15-year-old.
After the arrest of the officers, today, Sheriff Gregory Tony suspended all three deputies without pay. BSO spokeswoman Keyla Concepcion verified their suspension (without pay status) in a news release.
Jeff Bell, President of the Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputies Association was levied by Sheriff Tony’s move on the deputies.
“With misdemeanor charges, the Sheriff’s Office does have the option to put somebody on a non-paid status, Bell stated. But if you believe that your deputies didn’t do anything wrong and you want to stand behind your deputies, and you want to give support to the deputies that you don’t even talk to, then keep them on a paid status. Don’t financially put a hardship on their family as you’re trying to put criminal charges on them as well for doing their job,” Bell said. Bell is that rabid racist that savor every crime committed by police officers against African-Americans.
Clintina Rolle, the mother of Delucca has hired Benjamin Crump and Sue-Ann Robinson to represent them and pick the low hanging fruits of the taxpayers’ pockets. Ben Crump is that backward lisp talking country bumpkin attorney that could not win a case in a Kangaroo Court to save his life.
Meanwhile, the 15-year-old teen at the center of the BSO controversy, Delucca Rolle was arrested, on June 28th, 2019, in the City of Lauderhill for joy riding with a “friend” in a stolen car.
In other news: Today, a City of North Miami police officer Jonathan Aledda was set free by a Jackass parading around as a judge. Black youths know Aledda in the City of North Miami for harassing, framing and arresting with impunity. That is a well-known fact. Aledda is a vicious savage who shot an unarmed black man, as he lay on his back with his hands stretched upwards to the sky. Yet, the so-called hate-filled judge found it fitting to release that predator on the streets without any sanctions. Oh well.
