Star of the television show “Desperate Housewives,” a Peyton Place-style series that ran from October 3, 2004, until May 13, 2012, was arrested for her ROLE in a scam to defraud the Ivy League college system. But let’s face the facts folks, there’s nothing to see here. This tradition of the well-to-do buying a seat (in an Ivey League college) for their kids is as old as Ivy League colleges. A great example, of someone whose parents bribed his way into college, would be the current president of the United States of America — Donald J. Trump. President Trump who functions at just a couple of steps above functional illiterate likes to brag about his attendance at The Wharton School of Business.
Well if President Trump’s intelligence is the level of intelligence that the Wharton School of Business produces, then all of its graduates should sue the school for educational malpractice.
On March 12, 2019, the feds announced the arrest or indictment of at least fifty people, to include, coaches and school officials and parents charged with taking part in an elaborate scam to bribe school administrators to get their kids into “prestigious” colleges such as “Yale, Georgetown, the University of Southern California and Stanford, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.”
Caught up in the scam are television stars: Felicity Huffman (of Desperate Housewife) and Lori Loughlin of the ABC sitcom Full House. Huffman’s role in the nationwide college scheme can only be described as life imitating art.
The creators of “Desperate Housewife” describe the series as a community of like-minded people who “work through domestic struggles and family life, while facing the secrets, crimes, and mysteries hidden behind the doors of their—on the surface—beautiful and seemingly perfect suburban neighborhood.” Lori Loughlin star of Full House could find herself spending some time with the girls in the Big House — for her role in the scheme.
Recently CNN released a VIDEO of Huffman and Loughlin’s take on the process and stress of going off to college. It now appears the tryst between the desperate housewives, criminal mastermind, turn snitch, William Singer is now made bare-breasted for the world to see.
Authorities say the conspiracy was orchestrated by William “Rick” Singer, who owned a college-prep program known as the Key.
