Doctor Dao Almost DOA on United Airlines Flight, After Severe Ass Whooping.

He Compares USA to Korea

United Airlines Security Guards Pummeled A Passenger after he reneged on a deal. Dr. David Dao was on board a United flight to waiting for takeoff from Chicago O’Hare International Airport to Louisville when crew members realized that they had overbooked the flight.

They needed four passengers to give up their seats to accommodate four United Airlines employees who had to get to Louisville.

The customary (free ticket and money incentive) deal was offered to passengers who are willing to give up their seats and take another flight.

It’s been reported that Dr. David Dao 69 years old, accepted the $800.00 and a free ride out on another flight, but after deplaning he soon realized he would not get to his destination on the aircraft.

Security was activated, at which time Dao was asked to exit the plane. He refused, a struggle ensued, and Dao lost two front teeth and suffered a broken nose according to his lawyer Demetrios of the Corboy and Demetrio Law Firm.

While no human should be beaten to a near pulp for reneging on a deal where either party suffered any loss, it appears that the struggle could have been avoided if the good doctor had just lived up to his part of the bargain.

There are broader issues at stake, and that is what to do when there is a disruptive passenger on board a carrier?

It is a delicate situation that hangs in a tricky balance.

Because United Airlines policy, CEO Oscar Munoz, at first defended the removal of Dao by force, but later changed his tune upon realizing that the optics, of Dao removal, created a PR nightmare for the company.

The bottom line is this: Both parties mishandled their encounter with each other.

PD should have used more tact, and Dao should have lived up to his deal. So United will rightfully pay out a couple of million dollars to Dao and United will return to business as usual, minus the ass whooping of it customers.

At the end of the day, the customer is always right. So they say. Yeah, Right!
