“Erratic” Driver Shot And Killed By Rabid Florida State Trooper. FDLE Rushes in — Cover-Up?
Not since December 1989 when Miami Police Officer William Lozano Jumped out in front of a motorbike driven by Clement Lloyd and shot Lloyd in his temple has there been another clear cut case of murder by a Miami Police Officer unnecessarily running alongside a moving vehicle to shoot and kill a citizen. In 1989 Clement Lloyd (failed to obey a traffic device) ran a stop sign. A City of Miami Police who observed the violation; gave chase. As Lloyd drove by the Colombian born Lozano, Lozano who was itching for a kill — cold-bloodied shot and killed Lloyd.
As a result of Lozano shooting Lloyd in his head, Lloyd’s motorbike crashed. The ensuing crash caused Lloyd’s passenger Allan Blanchard to perish as well. In January of 1990, William Lozano was found guilty of manslaughter. Even though Clement Lloyd was put on trial by the then trial Judge Joseph Farina, defense attorneys Roy Black, and Mark Seiden two rabid racist. Lozano was guilty but set free by a jury of his peers. “Judge” Farina immediately over-ruled the jury’s verdict and temporarily set Lozano free, while he appealed his 7-year sentence.
The 7-year sentence was later overturned by the state appellate court. The savage barbarian Lozano never served a day in prison for his crime.
Lozano’s defense celebrated Lloyd and Blanchard’s death with back slaps. Mark Seiden was a former police officer who developed a penchant for seeing African-Americans killed. And Roy Black lived in Jamaica as a child where he formed his overseer mentality and
Thirty-two-year-old Latasha Walton’s murder came at the hands of FHP Trooper Ronald Melendez-Bonilla who shot and killed Walton for a traffic violation. The killing was captured by a crackhead sitting a traffic light.
FHP Spokesman Alejandro Camacho said showed up near the Park & Ride at 7:30 p.m., to help another trooper with a vehicle that was “driving erratically.” Camacho said the trooper parked his vehicle in front of Walton’s to block it, got out and drew his firearm.
There were two troopers on the scene but only one (Melendez-Bonilla) chose to chase the car on foot and fired his weapon into the car.
FHP policy states that a trooper is not permitted to use deadly force on a fleeing felon, including into a moving vehicle, unless there is “an imminent threat” to the trooper or to another person.
Bill Smith, president of the Florida Chapter of the FHP, said though two officers appear in the video, only one fired a weapon.
“Obviously something was going on with that driver that wasn’t legal. That’s why she wouldn’t stop,” said Smith. The trooper “felt his life was in danger from the vehicle.”
While Ms. Latasha Nicole Walton should have stopped her vehicle when confronted by the trooper, her failure to stop does not justify her murder. Sorry Ms Walton. You confront and got confronted. You should have calmed the F down. Too many of you are just too wild and stupid. There is more stupid people out there than you all.
