A 25-year-old Miami man (Ihosdanny Colarte) was shot and killed, while trying to rob a Hialeah house full of “Weed.”
The owner of the house was home at the time protecting his stash, when he heard rumblings — pulled his gun… shot and killed one of the four would be burglars.
In an oxymoron-like statement, police announced that they have arrested the owner of the house for growing cannabis — but not for the killing of the man who tried to steal the contraband.
Hialeah Police confiscated the weed and transported the 38-year-old homeowner, John Michael Mora to the precinct for further questioning.
